CIT's
Counselors In Training (CIT’s) are an elect group of students ages 13-17 who want to experience the excitement of giving part of their summer to make a difference. They will serve alongside the wonderful KFN interns to transform this generation!CIT’s have a unique opportunity to be trained and mentored through KFN. Their Discipleship begins in the spring semester when they meet weekly with the CIT Director. This year, they will meet every Tuesday night from 7:00 pm until the end of TNE in SC 106.
Then starting in June, they will be immersed in excitement, challenges, spiritual growth, and fun. Each CIT will be trained to develop leadership skills and discover God at work in their life.
CIT’s will be challenged and stretched through assisting group or activity counselors. They will be placed in their jobs according to their desire and the discretion of the CIT Director.

Sam Guild
The 2022 CIT Director is Sam Guild. Sam was born in Texas, but grew up on the mission field in Mexico with his parents and brother This is where he developed a heart for kid’s ministry and grew deeper in the Lord. Sam is a cool guy who loves adventures. Sam has had experience in being the CIT director before and we love that he said “yes” to leading our CIT’s again!
